Last night I had to choose between acute hypothermia and extreme frostbite or sleeping with a dusty blanket I haven’t washed for weeks. Sadly I picked the latter and as a consequence for my poor decision I’ve woken up with red, swollen eyes, a stuffy nose and a raging boner. It’s funny how life works like that.
hehe. No complaints in that department, Stendarr. I’m playing around with different avatars – this is sort of addictive.
I ditched Facebook three years ago, too. Everyone seems to like listing their accomplishments and how awesome their lives are. Good for them. I got tired of the updates and didn’t feel compelled to contribute.
How are you? Your Pats are what…..4-0 now?
I rather like my avatar, although you must teach me the black magic art of changing your avatar sometime.
Yeah, they’re doing great 🙂 To be honest they’ve mostly played against crappy teams, but once our offense gets itself together and stops dropping the darn ball…
If you dig around in the spam comments, there’s a link in there to a site called “gravatar”.
Once you reach that site just follow the directions and you can customize your avatar.
I heard a funny story about you a few months ago. (Actually it’s something that’s funny when it happens to other people, I would hate to experience what allegedly happened to you). The word on the street is that somebody from a ****** site got your personal phone number and decided to call you. Out of the clear blue sky, some random suicidal chatter places a personal call to you.
If this rumor is true, I’m very sorry this happened. It seems like a violation of privacy, you know? Crossing a line that shouldn’t be crossed. To voluntarily give someone your digits is one thing, but to have someone access your number without your consent is an entirely different scenario.
Anyways, I don’t mean to gossip, and you’re not obligated to confirm or deny the accuracy of this story. I just thought it would be annoying and unwelcomed if that happened to me.
In other news, it’s looking like Denver is going to take the AFC West., which means my beloved Bolts will have another losing season. Staying loyal to a team that consistently chokes really builds character. At least that’s what I keep telling myself.
Oh yes, I remember. I had given my number to another person and they spread it around without my consent. Not that I wasn’t flattered that someone even wanted to call me, but I definitely felt violated. I’m doing my best to remain anonymous now but some people have been sleuthing, putting two and two together and ultimately discovering who I am, grr. I regret in many aspects getting personal with people from the main chat room, the ones I was especially close with all fucked me in the end (not literally lol)
The Broncos have been killing it this year, I have a bad feeling about them.
@Stendarr; So you’re charming. Is that your fault? Should you hide your light, the luminous essence of your being from the world? I think not.
It is weird becoming “friends” with people you meet on suicide forums. There are three people I’ve met on this site whom I’ve exchanged numerous emails with. So far none of them have screwed me over – I can’t say they’re any more or less nutty than me. It’s all good.
I did wonder about you when you disappeared, I liked reading your philosophical essays. (Still do). You never really know who’s out there, lurking, reading this stuff.
@ SB; Disappearing from time to time is probably a good thing. Who wants to be a regular on a suicide site? If anything, it means I’m indecisive or a chronic procrastinator. If I was going to pull the plug you’d think I’d have done it already.
Oh well. If a person is going to postpone anything in life, I suppose pushing back your expiration date isn’t the worst thing to be lazy about.
True, you’re right about that. I don’t really come here for the suicide part anymore, I just like talking to people I can understand and having discussions from time to time. This place is far too negative for my liking though, but what should I expect.
I’m getting on it now, I’m also a chronic procrastinator so this may take a while

hahaha. Waking up with morning wood confirms that you’re healthy as a horse.
It’s comforting to know that erectile dysfunction is one less thing I have to worry about
Consider yourself blessed, Stendarr.
I assume by that you can’t say the same, C4? I feel for ya, sounds rough, no wonder you’re on a suicide forum

This gravatar thing seems more complicated than relativistic quantum angular momentum, dang.

@ Stendarr; It takes a minute or two for your avatar to update.
Haha, I try. Although offending people is my only mission in life, I’m damn good at what I do.
The friends I’ve met online are the only ones I have genuine, personal relationships with. I’m not nearly as “charming” in real life.
I appreciate it, you disappeared for a bit as well, SP is no fun when all the ‘regulars’ leave

Did you get that avatar thing figured out?
