Are most of us on here asking for too much? Some of us ask to be happy for one moment in our lives and if the world cannot provide this feeling that has evaded most of us, we ask for death but this world we live in is providing neither. Are we asking for too much? Are we seriously bad people for asking for these? I don’t ask for much but everyday its a constant reminder that my answer to all these questions will be a giant ball of nothingness, because that’s what I am.

Life is a “bell curve”. In fact, everything is. Everything that exists has a life span, even a planet, a solar system.
The “bell curve” for us is life.
We start out at “near nothing”.
We grow, however bad or good.
We reach a peak at some point in life.
That peak can cone in any form, really.
Its the best part of your life in some aspect, and it doesnt have to be some outstanding event.
For me, my High point was when mom and dad were in good health, I had a happy life in many ways.
I am past that high point now. Mom is sick, dad is dead, I cant get a job, Wife left me. Next to nothing good left anymore.
So, I am on the decline, just a little earlier than most since I am 47.
No, we don’t ask for too much.
Some people are just doomed to either suffer or take an out.
I believe the real problem is if you dont give it “all you got” to get out of your situation.
If that fails, really suicide is noble and an option.
If you have noone who cares about you in life, whats the purpose of it?
Believe me, I have thought a lot about it all.
I like the ‘bell cuve’ analogy. That’s how I feel, things have peaked and are on an irreversable downward slope.
