Q: If you could change one thing in the past what would it be?
A: I would make it such that primates did not become us, but rather talking cats were walking around miaowing in very complex ways to each other while driving cars and eating cheeseburgers. Just because, not really for any particular reason. Humans are just boring looking.
Q: If you had the courage to say something to someone would you?
A: I’d probably say it before I realized I didn’t have the courage to say it, because I’m absent-minded and often do that.
Q: If you could travel to any place where would it be?
A: Patagonia, I think.
Q: If you could meet anyone who would it be?
A: This one girl I used to go to high school with, who once batted her eyes at me in a hallway between third and fourth period classes, but I never saw again after that. Probably just so I could bat my eyes at her randomly in response before never seeing her again, again.
Q: If you could save any person who would it be?
A: Someone who got hit in the head with a meteor and died. Definitely. Because if the meteor missed them by only a few inches, they’d be rich from selling the meteor on ebay.
Q: If you could say “I love you,†to anyone who would it be?
A: The universe. But the universe and I are not on speaking terms at the moment.
Q: If you could be allergic to anything what would it be?
A: Asphalt. I don’t know why. It just sounds like an interesting thing to mention in a casual conversation. “Hi, I’m allergic to asphalt.”
Q: If you could do anything what would it be?
A: Travel to Europa and pet an alien squid.
Q: If you had no suicidal thoughts or anything depressing what would you be doing right now?
A: Probably the same thing I’m doing right now, I’d just be happier about it.
Q: If you could draw anything what would it be?
A: A square circle.
I loved reading your answers! Thank you for answering! Hoped you enjoy these!
I actually did enjoy answering those. 😀 Thanks for posting it.
How would you answer those questions, LetItGo?
Q: If you could change one thing in the past what would it be?
I would make it so that when I was younger I would stand up for myself and not let myself get bullied so much.
Q: If you had the courage to say something to someone would you?
Most likely not… Because I hate the aftermath of things. You don’t know what’s going to happen next after that and that scares me so much.
Q: If you could travel to any place where would it be?
Paris. Or Greece. Or Britain. Or my really good friend’s house.
Q: If you could meet anyone who would it be?
Hm… That’s kind of difficult for me… I kind of have a few answers… I would want to meet, well er officially meet, this one guy that I’m really good friends with. I would also like to meet John Green and Dr. Seuss.
Q: If you could save any person who would it be?
That’s another difficult one… I know so many people who need saving… I would save everyone.
Q: If you could say “I love you,†to anyone who would it be?
A person. I can’t say who. Just a person. OR the WHOLE universe. Everyone. Everything.
Q: If you could be allergic to anything what would it be?
Hate. So then I could be like, “Hey don’t hate on me I’m allergic to it… So if you hate on me I will have a severe allergic reaction.”
Q: If you could do anything what would it be?
Save everyone. OR find the treatment to every disease.
Q: If you had no suicidal thoughts or anything depressing what would you be doing right now?
Most likely smiling and not writing notes…
Q: If you could draw anything what would it be?
Hmm not sure… I am an artist so that’s a bit hard… Probably a shattered heart… Or a circle square because that would be cool.
@lorax You just ooze awesome man, 11/10 would read again.
@LetItGo Hmm…this is really interesting, so I’ll bite and give you some answers.
1 – Resurrect “Pushing Daises” so it wasn’t cancelled. I absolutely loved that show.
2 – Depends on who that someone is and why I’d want to “something” to begin with. In most cases I’ll speak up anyway, I like everything to be out in the open. Conversational-wise of course.
3 – A secluded island just off the coast to the Nor’west of NZ.
4 – The future me, provided I’m not talking to a patch of grass. I’d like to ask him how he got through it all.
5 – Anyone caught in the Syrian Crisis. Gawd I hate that al-Asad douche bag.
6 – A certain friend of mine. But things are weird enough as it is without love coming into the mix.
7 – Georgie Pie. Seriously, it will be the death of me.
8 – Kick my own arse. There’s nothing badder than that.
9 – Sleeping in a mud-filled pit with a tiny bit of canvas over my head, a rifle at my shoulder, soldiers at both sides, and a smile on my face.
10 – A self portrait with an afro.
@LetItGo: I liked your answers. 😀 My big problem is I always seem to speak before thinking, so half the time, it blows up in my face, while the other half of the time it’s actually a good thing I said what’s on my mind. It’d be nice to have the ability to do it only in those situations where it’s not a dumb thing to do, though. lol
@TMS: You aren’t foolin’ me, I knows who you be. Har har har. Thank ya. 🙂 You got some groovy answers, too.
If you could change one thing in the past what would it be?

– as far away from where i live as possible
If you could meet anyone who would it be?
– someone who could love me for who i am i guess
If you could save any person who would it be?

A: Drawing a comic book would be cool, but I doubt I have the skills or patience for that.
@Piña Colada
Good to see another “Piemaker” fan out there in the big, wide world. Yes I love that show, it is the only show where you can actually use “cute” to describe it. I especially loved the episode where the clown car crashed in the water and they went to the mortuary. I lol’d till a six-pack formed on my abdomen when I saw how many clowns were in the morgue.
Oh-gosh…it’s fricken hard to find a boxset of that series anywhere in NZ, but I will keep searching nonetheless.
I need a box set too… I’ve seen them in department or entertainment stores around here though, so I don’t think I’d have to look far. You guys don’t have those in NZ? Can you order from Amazon or eBay?
@Piña Colada
We do, it’s just they’re very selective with what they stock and more often than not you have to place a special order. I’ll have to go out and check next week, or TradeMe might have some hopefully.
Kewl. Have you seem Bryan Fuller’s other shows? I watched most of the first season for Dead Like Me a couple years back, then I got distracted. Should get back to that sometime. I saw almost all of Wonderfalls. That was impossible to find so I special ordered it from Amazon. I like that chick. She reminds me of myself.
Hannibal was his latest production. I’m not sure if I could stomach that, but I should give it a shot at some point.
I would be quite happy if I could live in such a fantastical, quirky, colorful universe like one of Mr Fuller’s creations. Why is my life so… bland? This is making me depressed. Maybe I should put on some Wonderfalls.
@Piña Colada
Please, go ahead and put some Wonderfalls on 🙂
Sadly, t.v networks in my fair nation are picky with what programs they air, and since I’m a stingy bugger with my coin, I won’t fork out for cable. I have seen Hannibal and it has a distinct “Fuller” feel about it. I can stomach it, but the way it all plays to your mind…is what gets me most. A great watch on a Saturday night nonetheless.
Is Hannibal especially graphic and violent, or…?
I don’t watch TV, I stream everything online (or download). Commercial free, and available anytime I want it. Works for me. If you ever want links to some good sites for films and shows, hit me up. You have my address on your posts.
@Piña Colada
Mmmm…not to a “every scenes a splatterfest” sense. I think it’s more to do with the way the victims have been killed and the fact that people are actually consuming them. The main guy, Will, he’s got that “shining” thing about him, so it makes him interesting to watch when he lives out a particular murder scene. Our internet sucks down here, the only good thing I have going is a landline that can ring anywhere in the world free of change (I kid you not), so yep…free-to-air for life lol. Your address has been saved for future reference, still haven’t forgotten about my “Canadian Expedition.”
If you could change one thing in the past what would it be?
I would have been a better person for someone i love
If you had the courage to say something to someone would you?
Always do (or try to)
If you could travel to any place where would it be?
Japan
If you could meet anyone who would it be?
Takanori Nishikawa, Nana Mizuki or Shoko Nakagawa
If you could save any person who would it be?
Won’t write her name here
If you could say “I love you,†to anyone who would it be?
Same as last question
If you could be allergic to anything what would it be?
I’m already so allergic that one more might kill me (maybe chocolate, so i won’t eat so much of it)
If you could do anything what would it be?
Go back in time or be a singer in japan
If you had no suicidal thoughts or anything depressing what would you be doing right now?
With the current reality i can’t imagine this happening
If you could draw anything what would it be?
Something stupid i guess
I mean, I enjoy watching comedic violent stuff, like Quentin Tarantino, I guess it’s just when it’s more dark and disturbing that it gets me.
I will try out Hannibal eventually, I’m sure. Have you seen the BBC’s Sherlock? The man himself is awesome, I must admit I’m another fangirl of his. So good-looking, and he’s got great style… He’s so intelligent, but clueless when it comes to people and emotion. If I were his girlfriend I might get fed up easily, but then again… he’s pretty irresistible so who knows. As this is a romance that will never happen, I’m reduced to swooning over him as I watch the sparing episodes.
Ah, you can call anywhere in the world? That’s neat. I can text anywhere in the world at no extra cost with my phone plan. The sad thing is that nobody texts me, so this fine opportunity is going to waste. 🙁
@Piña Colada
Dark and disturbing, yep that’s Hannibal. Although not on the same level as the game Silent Hill 2…there’s a reason it’s called “nightmare fuel.”
Ah yes, Sherlock! That’s my holm-ie lol. Cumberbatch does an outstanding job in the titular role, I’ve never been so envious of another man (NO HOMO) but dang he’s awesome?! The way you’re talking reminds me of the episode where he encountered “The Woman”, I could see you playing that role. It was written brilliantly and the ending was…all of my epic. I can see why they call him “the thinking woman’s crumpet.”
Well hey, I’m on the same boat too. I didn’t even know my phone could do that till a few months back, but alas their is no one I can ring anyway.
I’ve never seen Silent Hill nor played the game… I’m too chicken for serious horror films. I like the comedy-horror types ahaha. Or psychological thrillers, or fantasy horror like Pan’s Labyrinth.
Hehehe. I’m sure I’m a dreadful actress and Irene Adler is much sexier, and no doubt much more intelligent than me, but I will take that as a compliment, so thank you. 😉
You know, if you ever found yourself bored and wanted to chat with someone, you could give me a call sometime if you liked (if I were able to work it out with my phone plan; I’d have to check that). I don’t know anyone else from New Zealand – I guess I’m curious about your accent, hehe.
Ohhh yes I understand, was just uh…sharing some of my “cultured” tastes so to speak. Psychological horrors have been a staple of mine since childhood, that definitely says something about my wonderful imagination lol. I’m sure you’d do just as good, if not better, a job as Irene Adler. But I do agree with you, I think I’d be begging for mercy just by breathing the same air as her.
That’s a nice thought, I will keep that in mind. Seeing that I tend to find myself with nothing else to do on a regular basis, it may be that I call you even sooner. But I’ll email you in that regard. Well, an American girl I’d spoken to (met on SP of course) said she loved my accent and I was confused as I sound perfectly normal to myself, who knows what you may think of it? Just don’t confuse me for an Englishman, that’s all I ask. I’m sure you have a most curious accent too 🙂
I saw this great Spanish psychological thriller in 2012, about this guy who became an obsessive stalker of this woman who lived in his apartment building. He would hide under her bed at night and I think he might have even given her pills and uh… done stuff to her while she was sleeping? Very creepy. I enjoyed the movie because it was well done and because the guy was so fucked. The title is Sleep Tight.
Another Spanish film in the same genre is The Skin I Live In. Another fucked up psychotic obsessive type, but with a twist of vengeance. That film was awesome, I should watch it again. Disturbing but colorful and atmospheric.
I may like watching films like this but actual psychotic folks can stay well away from me, thanks. 🙂 (I know I’ve spotted a few of them on this site before.)
Hehe. I sound normal to myself too yet people always say I sound like one thing or another. I think I’m pretty good at differentiating British folks with Australian and so on, so no worries. 🙂
The Spaniards…of course… REC was a great watch, much better than the American remake that was Quarantine. Shaky cam films have been a favourite of mine since Blair Witch Project which I’m sure you’ve seen? I will keep note of those two movies and watch them if I get the chance. I share your stance on psychotic movies/people, and yes I have a fairer idea who you may be referencing.
I just remembered there was a Canadian Major who worked at the military base I was stationed at. I think that’s the only true example of the accent I’ve come across. Renneker was her name, so I have a fewer idea what to expect. One thing you may pick up on is that I talk like a robot sometimes (that’s what the Asian chick I talked about said), are there any mannerisms you may have in regards to talking?
This is my second time writing this comment… my browser crashed on me the first time around. Booo.
I actually haven’t seen those films, but yeah, I certainly have a thing for Spanish horror/thrillers. I must seek out more of those. Spanish people… oomph. Cannot resist. I wonder if Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem would consider adopting a third party to their union. (Not Scarlett Johansson – that’s already been done.) Salma Hayek is a hottie too. Loved her in Oliver Stone’s ‘Savages’. [I still need to see ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ and ‘Once Upon a Time in Mexico.’]
Hm… I might have a slightly slurred, or drawling voice. Somebody used to tell me that, anyway.
Do you read much, if at all? Have you read or watched The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo trilogy? I read the books a few years in a row during summer holidays, whilst relaxing on an oceanside beach… that was fun. (The second was the best, IMO.)
I saw the first Swedish film; I must get around to the others. I also viewed the American adaptation. Aside from the two hawt leads (Daniel Craig & Rooney Mara), it was basically an overlong snooze fest. The Swedish original was much tighter with more commendable editing. However, the Swedish casting for Mikael Blomkvist was… questionable, to say the least. We’re supposed to believe THAT guy was such a ladies man? Really? Noomi Rapace was excellent as Lisbeth, however.
Okay just quickly…I will email you as I feel we have ‘jacked this post and…it seems more appropriate to take the conversation elsewhere. If you don’t mind of course?
Hehe, I guess we have indeed hijacked this post. Oops. Sorry LetItGo. Sure, email away. I’m going to try to get some sleep now, but I shall see you later. 🙂
