Please remove that laptop, lie down and take a deep breath. In, and out. Again. Hold it in counting to 4, then slowly exhale, counting to 4.
Try your best to bring a happy memory, or a happy place. Wish that you dream about it. Continue the slow breathing.. imagine the breath expanding all the way to your legs and arms, warming them, softening the muscles and the tendons. Then clear your mind of all thought. Try to just remain still, thoughtless and listening to/feeling your heartbeat.
