Yes, if you eat a large cat it will collect all the butterflies for you. That should stop them.
I get nervous if I have to speak. I’ve had this all my life and still don’t know how to stop the nervousness. At times it’s made me withdraw so I don’t have to speak at all, but that gets lonely. So, I’ve had to make a choice. Withdraw and become a hermit or fight through the nervousness? Sometimes I choose withdraw, sometimes I choose butterflies.
I’m still looking for that cat though.
Deep slow breathing. Breathe in counting three seconds, hold counting 3, breathe out counting three. I can actually ward off anxiety attacks (most of the time) by doing this.
It does not eliminate the root cause of your anxiety, whatever that may be, but it may put you in a calmer state of mind so you can think clearer, and at least the butterflies might stop fluttering 😉

Them butterflies probably just have an aweful headache, just swallow a bottle of aspirin, one pill for each butterfly, and you should be fine.
(I am kidding of course)
I hate the feeling as well, not only in school.
anxiety medicine maybe?
