Help me to know, how, when and where? I need relief.

It’s not set in stone, but near the end of April after my birthday, I should have all of the letters written and I should have directed the person that I wish to help in the right way. I will then leave everything that should be found in the right places. Perhaps even send the letters directly. I will then jump off a certain building head first.
Sorry to hear this wish i was in your life to keep each other alive but if you do it then i hope to follow your steps some day
Sometimes things seem worse than they are. I have tried suicide many times. It didn’t work and I’m glad I’m still here. There have been times in my life I thought would never get better. I needed help. I got the help that I needed and I am a different person now. I lost my mom and her parents to suicide. I thought it was my destiny to be like them. There is always a reason to live. Please love yourself one day you will see your not a victim your a survivor. I have bi polar and schizophrenia but I am not depressed anymore. I am a different person now. Please get help.
