My ex boyfriend raped me coming close to 2 years ago.
I haven’t told the police because its just so complicated as i was still going out with him after it happened
Now, i just don’t know if its worth going to the police for.. anyone help?

Go to the police, rape isn’t something anyone should get away with, no matter if you were going out with him or not.
I’m so sorry that happened to you. It’s true police rarely take rape cases seriously, so I understand you might be afraid to go through all that for nothing. Is there a local women’s centre you can visit? Maybe someone there can give you guidance.
I done it, i went to the police. i told a police woman that I get on well with. So hopefully the fucker will get shot.

Totally agree..tell on him.IDK how much work they wd put into it,but its still relevant because the report may be evidence in getting him on OTHER rapes he committed or is committing in th future..it gives another victim a better chance of nailing the fucker…which would then possibly help you to put it to rest..have closure. Im not saying it will negate your suffering from the rape but many women do get a sense of triumph over their attackers which can help…so sorry you were raped
