I couldn’t watch the video, but I laughed at this mischief.
talking about the topic, depression is going to be the millenium ill and the most dangerous thing of this ill is that it is extremely contagious. Just one thing I learned from personal experience: A suffers from depression then B tries to help A and the results can be 3
1) B successfully helps A -> A feels better but DEPRESSION can’t be definitively removed, never. So repeat again this process.
2) B helps A but not enough -> both A and B will suffer from depression
3) B can’t help A -> B will suffer from depression and will look for another person, C, who can help him/her -> repeat the entire process with C.
So according to this the number of people suffering from depression can only increase, like the universal entropy.
The most wise thing that someone who is suffering from depression can do is: don’t involve more people in this process.
