I have a feeling tonight is the night. So if it is, goodnight and I wish you all the best for your futures. I appreciate all the support tou have all given me but I dont think it was enough. Robert Frost once wrote the lines “and miles to go before I sleep/ and miles to go before I sleep.” It seems I have finished travelling the miles. So now I may sleep.

Howdy, Morning! It’s already morning in my place. I hope I’ll get a chance to say that to you after you wake up.
Thank you for the wishes ?. I hope you do the best too, Fighter.
Hey Effy,
I’ve read a few of your posts and wanted to see if there were any other issues or concerns you’ve brought up previously before I answered this one. Hopefully you’re either sleeping or are awake, but not thinking of self harm.
You mentioned aspirations of becoming a paediatric psychologist or psychiatrist. Sounds like a pretty great idea. How many therapists or psychs have no real life experience with the issues that we all raise. How could they really know where our heads are and be able to reason or empathise? There’s a difference to reading articles about suicidal tendencies and having those thoughts. You could prove to be a very valuable resource for teenagers and young adults who are experiencing what you have and show them that there is a way out that doesn’t resort in suicide. You can show them hope instead of insisting things will get better because that’s what textbooks told you.
If you decide to end it, you will become another number, a statistic, but you can latch onto that dream and make a positive difference in young peoples lives. Winston Churchill led Britain to victory in WWII, while bipolar and held positions of leadership and authority throughout his career. He is a shining inspiration to everyone, illness, disability or not.
Say hi when you get this or wake up. It would be nice to chat.
I replied a while ago, but its waiting for moderation.
Do us a favour and say hi when you wake up. I’d like to have a chat and would like to know that you are OK.
Hope to hear from you soon.
