I cant take it , depression , loneliness , suicidal thoughts , im finally caving in i give up ……hopefully i can go thru with it this time and end this loner life that live with depression
I’ve said this to others, but here:
If you overcome something, you can use that strength to help others. So your fate should be to battle on. (Also, if the world had peace, there would be peace to maintain).
(Another thing, I don’t want you to get so stressed out from helping people that you’d want to commit suicide).
Life sucks. Reading other posts should let you know that it’s a shitty world we live in. Maybe you can make the best of your peice of the pie. I hate when people say stuff like don’t give up, you have so much to live for etc. It’s like when someone says good morning and you automatically respond the same. People only say he cookie cut crap that pertains to suicide. Those same people, most of the time don’t understand.
So I’m going to say “don’t give into depression.” Why should shitty depression win. What if you find the right medication, met the right person, do the right thing, watch the right movie, take those flying lessons you always wanted to take, go scuba diving, whatever you want; what if something like that is possible with the right medication and a broader outlook.
Yes depression sucks, but “Who knows what the tied might bring in.” ~ Tom Hanks in Cast Away. That movie helps me.
I just want to add that I misspelled a few words in my post, but that should be another reason to hold your head up. No one is perfect. My spelling sucks – though temporary. 🙂
Oh, and one more thing, don’t do it, loneliness is hard but you can join a support group, volunteer, or take yourself to go watch a funny movie during the day. I also know it’s hard to do that when your depressed, but depression is a continuous cycle and maybe one of the above mentioned ideas could possibly break the cycle. Also, you can make a list of all the things you’ve never done and think of it this way, if you have nothing to live for (which I’m almost sure most people can come up with something) then you have nothing to loose by doing the things on your list. Plus if you complete the list then you can always make another one. Don’t give up now. Jesus us and you don’t have to be believer to receive his endearing love.

You’re not alone. There is always someone out there who cares.
