“My advice for self harmers would be that it’s not worth it. Your bodies a temple and you don’t wanna take out on your body just for like an emotion you’re feeling. You know you can like take it out on something like go boxing. Just don’t. You shouldn’t be hurting your own body ever. Never. Like unless it’s an accident, which I do all the time, but don’t ever purposely do that. But if anyone knows anyone dealing with something like that er or even remotely close to that, what I would say is look at the individual. Don’t look at the scars. Don’t look at the actual cutting or whatever the self harm is itself. I mean those are there, but look at the reason they’re there. Look, look at the person that’s behind it. And, and fix that.” – Nash Grier: YouTube(griernash): ASK NASH 4: May 30, 2015

Who’s Nash Grier? Oh boy, another reason to google.
Just googled Nash Grier and I’ll never get that 5 minutes of my life back. Hmm…if you’re self harming I’m thinking Nash Grier is the last person to go to for advice. just say’n..
I didn’t understood that why did you put nash grier in your post. by reading some wiki info about him , it seems that he is a racist, sexist and discriminates among people. Its surprising that people like nash grier can gain popularity. Where the world is going!
But your advice was really true.
