I have my best friend who had a crush on my other best friend. She just found out that he is dating his ex again and she’s hell upset. She suddenly decided that she’s lesbian and announced it in front of the whole class in my contact/homeroom. I don’t know if she’s joking or not, but I am currently confused about my sexuality. Help!

It’s not unusual for young people to question their sexuality or experiment with it. Your friend might be serious or might be looking for attention or might be joking. You’ll know in good time.
Being confused is ok, as long as you try to work through the confusion. Don’t let your emotions get the best of you. Use equal parts brain and heart as you figure this out.

I agree with Cephalic. Labels are a way for humans to communicate, which most of us suck at anyway.
Maybe you are omni/pansexual. Maybe you are one thing today and will be another thing tomorrow. Who says you have to know your identity TODAY?
