I’ve lived (or should I say “did time”) in the deep south (NOLA) and have experienced that humidity first hand. If you didn’t grow up in that climate, you will NEVER adapt. It damn near killed me, and I wasn’t suicidal back then. I survived Hurricane Katrina, sequestered in the Renaissance Hotel where I was the reservations manager. My hat’s off to you in NC with the humidity. The dry heat in PHX has never beaten me down the way the humidity in New Orleans did.

Hahahaha I needed that. Thanks b.a.g.
It’s hot in NC too!! And we have humidity, which makes it seems even hotter. Don’t burn your toes on the sidewalk. Wear shoes. 🙂
