I just lost a 500 dollar check. Kill me. I do stupid shit like this all the time and I’m honestly so tired of myself I should be put down or something this is ridiculous.

Cheques are replaceable. A little bit longer good news…. I do similar stuff like that with my keys…. frustrating as fuck!
We all misplace things sometimes. Just because you misplaced a check doesn’t mean you are stupid or useless. See if you can contact the person who the check came from and ask them if they can get you another one. This kind of thing happens in life from time to time I am sure they will understand if you ask nicely. I do frustrating things myself sometimes that urk me a bit too like over drafting my checking account sometimes and having to pay a penalty. Things happen. Were all human we all make mistakes… nobody is perfect
I am in the same boat. I’m always an idiot, I don’t know how I’m still alive. I lose checks, keys, pretty much everything and it’s so annoying.
