So I saw this post on my facebook feed a little bit ago, and thought I would share with you all. I haven’t finished watching it, but I can tell from what I’ve seen so far that many of us can relate to it. Hope you guys get something out of this =)
Wow that was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this video. It really gives a great perspective on this. This is truly harm reduction at it’s finest hour.
“… And then to get up from a puddle of tears and carry on–that takes a lot of fucking courage to do. That’s the hardest thing, picking yourself up every time when you know five minutes later it’ll be back. And you’ll have to go through it all over again–that’s what makes it so unbearable. Every time you try to get up, it keeps coming back quicker–and your feelings are still trapped inside.”
This video was amazing.
I am in the US and it is illegal here, but I would love to have that here. Not even to just go through with it immediately, but to know that it’s okay. Or that I’m allowed to and I can tell people and they’re like “okay, we can help you accomplish what you need in life.” Here if you say you want to kill yourself someone tells on you and has you turned in. I want help not locked up. I love how this is okay there. I love it.

I think we should have something like that here. This video totally made sense to me. But that is just my opinion.
