Hello loves, i need a little advice. So I was in class today when I noticed dozens of lines of something on my thighs… my cut marks bled through my jeans. I really don’t need my parents questioning what they are, and they are my favorite pants. Any recommendations?

DO NOT wash with warm/hot water. Rinse with cold water as soon as possible, use hydrogen peroxide if available.

yes, hydrogen peroxide is the best way to erase those marks.
Your feelings must just overwhelm when you are cutting yourself. Have you look for the help of a counselor or a therapist.
I read one that when you feel the necessity to cut yourself you can distract your mind doing something different, like ripping a newspaper, or marking you body with a marker, or dancing, or listening loud music..Have you tried to that?

Hydrogen peroxide works wonders on carpet. (I’m awful at cutting my toenails.)
