How do you guys deal with the pain ? i feel like it’s just growing inside of me , and i don’t know how to handle this anymore, i’m about to break, tired of living life in automatic pilot, doing things i don’t wanna do, and i just had another disappointment , someone i met and really care about is leaving, i don’t know what to do with that pain , i feel like there’s no way out

Art can be really helpful in these kind of situations, writing, drawing, singing, everything that allows you express yourself, and the best part is that you don’t have to be good to practice them.
Pets are awesome as well. They keep you company and are really funny.
Practicing mindfulness. It’s really helpful when you’re feeling unsure, scared, sad…

Thank you, i like to sing, listen to music, sometimes it helps and sometimes it makes me feel worse, because i’m only in the mood for sad songs, it’s just so hard that some os us have to be strong for so long… i apreciatte your help 🙁
I sing and when the pain gets worse i go to my room and… Well i turn my music up loud and dance. It’s one of my ways. Another, is to throw myself into anything that makes me happy.
No one can be strong all the time, not one person. But, there are ways to keep from falling. Just find what makes you happy.

There is always a way out you just have to find someone or something to hold onto. You have to want to stay in this life. You have to want it, need it. Music helps me and so does writing. I don’t write about my pain and what goes on in my head, I just write books. Writing about anything will help. Drawing also helps, anything to help express the pain you’re feeling even if you end up in tears by the end of it. Anything to get the pain off your chest. I really hope this helps.
