Why?? Well it’s simply a douche-y thing to do. Don’t get me wrong carrying a pocket knife can be a very useful tool, let me clarify, I am specifically referring to a combat knife of some sort. Playing with a knife, sure it’s something to do with your hands, and you can get lost in it for a moment, but I find that people who collect, play, and display their knife sets to be a particular type of douche. I know, I know, it’s what makes a person happy that’s important, and seriously I am all for that, but I have a difficult time understanding the appeal. Seems like some people get off on the implied power of wielding a massive warrior blade with no real purpose, but I mean seriously? Are you going to defend the family in hand to hand combat when someone comes in your house with a gun during a home invasion?
Years ago I watched a guy on a video cam site, flip a combat knife, you know, where you toss the blade towards you, and make the knife do a flip, catching it again at the handle. I did’t think it was particularly impressive, I mean i do the same thing with the spatula when I cooking some deliciously and beautifully seasoned fried fish. Tossing an object around that could viciously scar you just for the spotlight reminds me of the “Mac” character from It’s Always Sunny. It’s a hysterically gross display of male inferiority overcompensation.
I don’t know, it’s a small pet peeve of mine, but like I said, if it makes your dick hard, do it up. That’s something everyone is entitled to, and frankly, I wish it were that easy for me to get an erection. I have to watch precise set of disturbing sexual images and videos since being introduced to internet porn even to do one cock push up.
As far as feeling manly is concerned, and overcompensating for my inadequacies as a male, I have a tendency to watch hardcore rap videos. I pretending I have a gun squad, and the no one can fuck with this hot nigga. I am dead serious about that, I start fights at the office after a real mean rap jam, while entirely erect. Makes me feel like I have money to spend, and that makes me feel like a good provider. There is a criminal element to it, and that makes me feel like Tony Soprano. Lastly, no man cain’t fuck with me because in that circle it’s alright to be a genuine psychopath and physically retaliate.
All of that being said, I still feel like a douche when I am caught blaring hardcore rap in a truck from 2002.

Interesting
You like the appeal or don’t, end of discussion.
OR OR OR OR, have an opinion on something, growing a backbone to stand on your own can be liberating.
opinions are worth nothing intellectually, opinions are the first thing who comes to mind without any thoughts behind it. like normal citizen who have an opinion about economy or politics without knowing any of it.
Go look for the philosophical term of “opinion” and having one doesn’T give you backbone, I liberated myself from opinions and I bet I have more bone than any 10 build only on an “opinion”
Why is everyone so darned hostile out of nowhere, calm down.
I’m not sure
I have been trying not to get agro with ppl today,,,
my tooth really hurts,

Something in the water I think?
Yeah, maybe. Or something in the air. Ever seen that movie “The Crazies”?
No never saw it? I’m gonna load it and watch it, Back in a while
This post was meant to be a joke. like I said, play with knives if you’re a douche, I really don’t mind.
I thought it was a joke, but I guess not everyone did.
Personally, I like knives as tools, and I have a particular distaste for guns, which makes me prefer knives I guess. But I don’t have any kind of real affinity for them or anything.
Then again, I’m female.
Cool Movie, “The Crazies” thanks.
Hmm, whiskered-fish ~ female ~
No problem. Glad you liked it. I myself can’t remember too much but I remember being a fan of its premise.
And yes, yes I am.
