And i still dont know why. I have a lot of things bothering me mind you but that is always the case. Its so odd and it happens when I’m at the gym. Its like i get the physical urge to cry more than the emotional urge. Has this happened to anyone? Googling theorizes unresolved issues or a emotional release. Either way idk what to do. I had to only do half ny workout because of it. I was going to just power through and just cry but someone else showed up.

Interesting!
I found this page, which seems to be about that same thing:

Thanks. A lot of the articles I saw were with women doing yoga that doesn’t quite explain it though. Yoga is naturally meditative. Also while I feel men and women experience emotions the same i believe we process them differently. Not just die to culture but hormones. I wish I could just let it out its annoying. I don’t want to give up working out. I also want to try zumba. Its not just for the exercise its to meet women. Nothing says date me like bawling to salsa music.
If they ask, just tell them you got some “salsa” in your eye.
That stuff can burn if you accidentally touch certain places.
This fictional zumba class would surely land me in an insane asylum. Not only am I crying but touching “certain places” with salsa.
I pictured that,
and laughed,
then felt bad about it,
then laughed again.
:p
Keep us posted on how this all turns out. 🙂
You might want to start with mild salsa, and gradually work your way up.
I think the key is “the gym”, since it always happens there. They’re probably really tears of joy at you making progress or you’re mourning for that old you that kept you for so many years.
