I hate waking up in the mornig, and do the same fucking thing I did the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that day.

Sorry I can’t help. All I can say is you’re not alone.
To find a distraction that may be just yours like writing a story or to start some kind of proyect. Today I only decided to got up of bed when I finally thought I was going to try a new drawing (I couldn’t draw because I had to go work, but it helped knowing there was something I wanted to do and that I wanted to know what was going to happen If I could just fix this or that)….
I understand how you feel. Do your best to get yourself out of the habit of doing the same things. Try painting or coloring, playing instruments. Go for a run or do yoga, even if you don’t want to.That’s always helped me. It gets me out of my routine and it makes me feel less robotic and more like a life again.
