Hate is a powerful word
People often think that I know nothing about history when I say anything (anything) negative or cynical about America.
My ancestors came over on a casket ship during the Irish potato famine and lived in America for many generations.
Many members of my family served/serving honorably in service there’s officers and purple hearts in my bloodline and if they saw me typing this they will beat me and clam it was in self defense and the judge will believe them because they work for government and I’m “special” and the only one that would see time is me.
America; land of the entitled and privileged, no hope for a lost soul.

If you hate America then LEAVE IT… and stay gone!!
thats the only advice I have for you.
Are you a Democrat? I need somebody who can pay for my plane ticket.
Actually it’s the Republicans who came up with the motto “love it or leave it”. But both parties suck pretty bad at the moment, so whatever. We can’t just leave a rotten country. I can’t even get out of a rotten town without at least $3000 in moving expenses and first/last month’s rent at a new apartment. It’s pretty lousy advice to tell someone to “LEAVE IT and stay gone!!” Show a little compassion PhantomCitizen43 if you expect some yourself.
I hate that attitude. We didn’t ask to be born where we were. And if you’re American, even if you’re middle class, you can’t go live anywhere else on the fucking planet unless you have a PhD and $100,000 to your name, are sponsored by an employer, are among the very best in your field, and/or start a business there. Everyone can come here and do whatever they want, which I’m fine with. But as Americans, we can’t go anywhere, so the idea of telling anyone to leave and get out is just plain unrealistic as all hell. Like it or not, all American born citizens are stuck here even if they desperately wanted to leave.
Aspie don’t listen to them. Going on a whim .. these are not the times for that.
Exactly. I am tired of the just leave thing. Um, like a commenter said, he can’t even move town without a ton of money for a poor person. How the hell are we supposed to relocate and have any way of making income in another country !!??!?
Face it. If you are born American it is not a privilege (unless you are one of the fortunate ones to have a good family and help from others). If you don’t have a family and friend support network in America, you are screwed. We are basically trapped on this continent because everyone else in the world thinks that all Americans are crapping diamonds and they will not let us live there. NOT TRUE WORLD!!! We are stuck, poor, working at low wage jobs while looking with envy at all our neighbors that actually get to live the “good life”.
