I remember researching this some years ago and recall that even though a nation would honor the criteria for euthanasia, it didn’t hold true for foreigners. Where can one go, for a low-cost, where one doesn’t have to be a national, and be primarily guaranteed death with minimal pain?

Is it okay to answer this? I honestly don’t see how this could count as a meth0ds discussion, since you are talking about something that is LEGALLY available, and for which you have to apply using medical channels.
Well, I guess it’s okay, so:
Euthanasia is not available, but assisted suicide is. I believe Dignitas is the organization that offers this. I cannot remember which country is open to foreigners. Belgium I think, but don’t take my word for that.
