Step 1:
Write it by hand. Do not type it out or it won’t have the same effect.
Step 2:
Make sure some tear drops are visible on the suicide note.
Step 3:
Keep it to one page, one side. No one wants to read a huge note when there’s a dead body nearby to gawk at.
Step 4:
Make sure the people you want to feel the worst (the ones that caused you the most pain) are mentioned by name and specifically what they did to make you miserable enough to kill yourself.
Step 5:
Sign your signature at the bottom to ensure that no one else is suspected of your death.
Step 6:
Place the note somewhere away from any debris (blood, brains) that might spread when committing suicide so the words are still visible.
Step 7:
Chicken out like the rest of us did.
I guess it depends on who finds your suicide note. If it’s a first responder, try to be civil. If your suicide note is found by someone you hope to see at an upcoming party, then “see you soon” seems appropriate.
If your note is found by someone whom you’d like to see suffer eternal damnation, then “see you soon” sounds like an unfortunate sign-off.
If the point is to express reasons, feelings or thoughts why not voice them now and give the affected people a chance to have their say. Mind-set, if discussed in a philosophical or careful way does not have to reveal intent.
I think a good suicide not depends on the circumstances. If there were some people who drove you to do it.. then its best to say FUCK YOU to them in the note and wish them Bad Karma.
If there are any good people who tried to help you out it would be nice to mention them and say thank you for your kindness and wish them Good Karma.
I also think it would be nice to say. See you on the other side at the end > then sign it
I think it should be super short and probably just positive. Something like I love you, see you on the other side. Why put some hateful shit there, it won’t matter anyway.

There is no good suicide note.
End the note with:
Have a nice day. 🙂
Then sign your name.
Don’t forget
P.S. : see you soon.

Never thought of it like that. You are right. Maybe “i’ll be around” sounds good. A little spooky and with a sense of humor.
