In case you didn’t know, a little boy was killed by an alligator at Disney World yesterday. Disney should’ve said there were possible alligators in the water…
Ironically, I finally got to eat Cajun alligator steak after 2-3 years of waiting to try it only hours before yesterday’s alligator attack. Not trying to demean the tragedy in any way, I just find it to be a strange coincidence. Oh, the alligator tasted great! It tasted like slightly fishy pork and it even had the texture of pork. Maybe we should eat more alligators.

Never sounds different at least it didn’t taste like fishy chicken!
that sounds pre good ^_^ I’ve heard so many different things about alligator and I haven’t really tried it…. the closest I came was trying a sausage that a neighbor of my grandparents made that was mostly alligator (there was some chicken mixed with it) and I just remember it tasting sort of like a really flat chicken sausage…. I want to try a steak of alligator, then I would really know what it tasted like…. but all I know now is that I am okay with it in things…. same goes with rattlesnake, as I’ve had rattlesnake chili…. then again most things taste basically the same to me, so I would probably like them…. I like food ^_^ food is nom I do hope that nothing bad happened to the alligator though, it was just getting itself some noms too…. 🙁
Wow, even I think that is a dark opinion and this is coming from a guy who researches serial killers out of boredom… Granted, the parents are too blame as well, for not watching their kid…
well it’s true though…. it’d be sad if the alligator was killed because of this…. it was just doing it’s thing. -_-
A bunch of alligators have been killed. The child’s body
was found intact, however.
This seems to have been an assassin alligator, not one seeking a meal…
awwww that’s horrible 🙁 and still it’s fine if it just killed the child and didn’t nom them…. still shouldn’t be killed…. and also aren’t they a threatened species? O.o
I agree with shatterediris, even if that’s considered a “dark” or unpopular viewpoint.
You can’t expect wild animals to respect human life. Alligators attack other creatures, whether for food or for defending their territory. That’s how their brains are programmed.
The parents shouldn’t have let the kid wander away. They should have kept him in sight at all times. The kid shouldn’t have gone in the water. And since it is Florida, the parents should have expected at least a possibility that there are alligators in the water. It. Is. Florida.
Florida also has giant snakes. Watch out for those too.
To be honest, I don’t really care about the dead kid. I just wanted to eat the gator. Although considering the gator comes from Florida and since I don’t know if the “brain-eating ameba” can be transferred by tainted meat, I don’t think I’ll be eating that specific gator.
I rather not die from something out of a horror story. *chuckles* No wonder there is a creepypasta written about Disney World’s River Country water park…
While I do agree that Disney should have warned people about alligators, particularly for tourists (I mean who would expect uncaged beasts at a resort; except Floridians I suppose) they DID have an off-limits sign. Poor child.
And sounds tasty!
Cajun alligator sounds DELICIOUS.
I love spicy Cajun things.
Cordless, i got another idea for you! Spicy lucky charms!!!! 🙂
Instead of hearts and clovers, the marshmallows could be shaped like Tums.
🙂
rocketman that actually sounds really good….
