I rely on acceptance and understanding as a way to process psychological pain. Although many of our experiences may seem random or unexplainable often when you consider cause they can be explained. They still may not be just but at least you know why. Depending on the cause you then have a course of action. Is the psychological pain a normal reaction to life events which will pass or do you actively need to look at ways of avoiding a recurrence.
Psychological pain is an emotion after all so it’s unavoidable.
