I am so lonely. No one understands what I have been through, except the people SP. I don’t know what to do now. I have been hiding me emotions for ever now and I had enough of it. I am doing self harm now to stay calm but I don’t know how long it will last.
P.S: I checked the rules and this is allowed, but I was wondering, what Kinds of self harm without people knowing? Please leave comments if you have any idea or advice.

Well I used to snap a rubber band or hair tie against my wrist, it only leaves a red mark for a while and just looks like you’re fidgeting.

I use really really hot or really really cold water to hurt myself. Usually I submerge my hand in it, or I just take really hot or really cold showers. Just make sure that you don’t leave a burn, if you decide to use boiling water.
I also hit myself on the back/shoulders with a chain dog collar. If you start hitting yourself, make sure that you don’t break the skin. Even when I hit hard, I rarely ever leave bruises, so you should be fine. And even if you do make bruises, they’ll completely disappear eventually, unlike scars.
The third thing that I recently started using: chili powder. It is definitely painful. Just be sure to start small with it, and don’t put in your eyes, it might damage them.
Any support group online or offline with people having similar self inflicted pain to themselves in your area perhaps.

Get some tattoos or piercings if you can afford them. Those are two great ways to inflict pain with out it looking like self harm. Even if you can’t afford them, it’s not hard to come across some barbell earrings or any kind of earring really, and a safety pin. I used to take a safety pin and pierce my self with it almost any where and either close the safety pin and leave it in or push through an earring after using the safety pin. Just make sure you’re doing it in a spot that is common to have a piercing in. Other than that I used to just cut my inner thighs. Also on any open wound I would pour isopropyl alcohol on to feel the burn, which also works with tiny cuts and scratches, and is pretty satisfying as well. Waxing hair off your body is a pretty good one too.
There’s always stabbing yourself. Just be sure to bandage it because blood stains.

Can be a bit hard to hide though.
this goes with what whiskered-fish said sorta but holding an ice cube till it melts works really well. It’s also not quite as risky as cutting (blood getting everywhere and infections.
Also it sounds pretty stupid but meditating whenever you feel like you need to hurt yourself works well too. I found that when you do that you tend to feel better about yourself afterwords, but I get you, sometimes self harm keeps you going
