Me too……..though I don’t really want happy me any more…..I wish I had the answers….everything is failing for me……the only thing kind of working for me rn is trying to take it a. breath. a step. at. a. time……..try not to be hard on yourself
Yes, It sucks when you were happy for a while and then something comes along in life and rubs you of your happiness and you get to a place where you are just miserable.
Well try to identify what it is about your life that is keeping you from being happy?
Is it financial issues? like say lack off money? Is it that you do not have a significant other that you like to be with? Is it loneliness? lack of friends? do you hate you job?
where their things in life that you wanted to accomplish but were unable to do them?
is it your appearance? like maybe you are unhappy with how you look?
Do you have people in your life that are abusive to you? like putting you down or making fun of you? Are their things that you used to like to do in life that you no longer enjoy?
are you just bored with life? and maybe need something new to get into? Is there an addiction in your life that is causing you grief and pain?
try to ask your self these kinds of question and try to pinpoint the source of your unhappiness
for me… some years ago.. I had bad medical problems that were painful and limited my life > well luckily I improved and now I am healthy again. Also years ago > I got stuck living with my mom for a while and she wanted to control my life and force religion on me all the time… well I woukd up getting out and about and got my own place and I got some really great roomates in the new place I moved too… and me and the guys had a lot of fun times together
Also there was a time I was unhappy with my apearance. I was skinny and sickly looking and ugly… well I started to exercise like a trooper for some years and now I am more muscluar and I take better care of myself so I look much better and feel much better
Also there was a time when I had some friends that were always putting me down and making fun of me…. so I decided to remove them from my life and go out and find more positive people to hang out with….. >> I am just giving you some examples of things that we can discover about our lives and that we can often make changes to improve things for us.
you can change any aspect of yourself or change any aspect of your life at ANY TIME
You can change what you believe
you can change your job
you can change where you live and move to a new area
you can change your goals in life
you can change aspects of your personality
you can change your pasttimes and hobbies. Like maybe ttake up a new hobby
you can change your appearance to some degree.
you can change the way you act and treat other people if you work on those things..
and the listt goes on….. so take some time to try and figure out what it is about your life that you are unhappy with and then start changing things
Also think about what would you really like to do with your life?
do you love music? would you like to travel? have you always wanted to try living in a different place on earth? would you like to find somebody to love and be in a relationship with?
do you have a career goal that you would like to achieve?
you have to try and think about these things and make choices to improve your life
