Yeah i do. It really helps me to forget the pain i have inside for a while. People say if you get hurt on your foot, pinch urself on your hand, it will make you forget the pain on ur foot.
Cuuting actually makes u forget ur inner pain for a while but the scars remain there. Now to avoid scars i just pinch or scratch myself real hard with my nails and it also helps with no scars. I dont want anyone to notice my scars and judge me on that base. I dont want anyone to think I’m a psycho so…
For me, it was nothing better than a distraction. Like, bleeding was interesting, and making shapes a bit absorbing, but it provided 0 emotional relief so pen and paper wins out
I have a great deal of pain inside, but I never wanted to cut myself to release the inner pain. I just don’t think it works and also it leaves marks on your body forever. And maybe I am to afraid to cause more pain to myself.
I just wanted to cut my wrists badly, once and for all but I just stood there with the knife in my hands on my wrists and I couldn’t do it, just a little cut, and I didn’t feel like I could go all the way because the blade cutting into my skin hurt like fuck.
Yes, although I don’t cut my wrists, I cut my thighs and stomach so people can’t see them, but I made a mistake and made really big scar too far down my thigh, I hate when people see it but at least I’m good at making excuses.
Yeah, I have, and I obviously don’t recommend it. I started with pinches and scratches via nails but I eventually got a knife. Now I’ve got more than a hundred scars on my right arm from elbow to shoulder. It’s really cathartic, but after the moment’s gone it left me empty. It only really took to me because I told myself I deserved it, or that really I deserved much worse. It feels good in the moment but honestly cutting is just a toxic habit.

I cut a lot of things: bread, apples, even pineapples. Yes, it does help. It helps you to not go hungry.
