Thank You ^.^
Joan Jett is a total Doll!!!
Lol now that you mention it, this IS what it would sound like if Joan Jett & the Black Hearts covered a Daniel Johnston song ^.^
Lol I tried to be in a band (i wrote an entire album about it, “hipster fashion show”).
It just seems that all the people in my town like to talk about making music more than they ACTUALLY like to make music!?!?
I posted a link a little lower in the comments section to my soundcloud page if your interested.
Wednesday’s gone and made my Sunday out-fuckin’-standing. I honestly love listening to your stuff. Ever think you’d cover The Beatles? Specifically “I Want You (She’s So Heavy)”? Hint hint…
But otherwise keep at it! Your stuff is better than the shit that most local stations of mine put out.
First thing I think of when I hear this is staring at the bottom of a bottle wondering to yourself if you should have another. I suppose I have that on my mind at the moment regardless, but it certainly has that sort of undertone to it. Your stuff tends to sound like it’d be right at home in a smoky bar full of down-trodden sorry sons o’ bitches who don’t know what else to do with themselves. Which is probably why I like it. That can be a desirable trait in music.
Spitting out the lyrics with a vengeance, particularly a couple of instances of “sickest treasure”. Good stuff.
Hi The River,
It’s good to hear your opinion on this one, I’ve really come to value it!!!
Lol Maybe the reason it sounds like it should be played in a smoky juke joint with bottles on the floor is because it was recorded in a smoky little room with wine bottles on the floor ^.^ (i don’t think ive ever recorded sober)
That is deffently a trait in music I hope to perfect. Have you heard of a band called “The Kills”?
I recently seen them in a dingy small smoky club, and it was just as you had described!!!

Are you the singer Wednesday?
Yes Jaded,
I actually sing and play all the instruments.
I have an in-home studio.
Oh haha. I thought you were in a band! I can’t even play one instrument. Good for you!

Lol I love that song ^.^ but, until now, had never thought to cover it (Mötley Crüe does a kick ass version though)
I have done a few Beatles songs. “Cry Baby, Cry” , “I want to tell you”, ” Baby it’s You”.
And a Traveling Willburys song “Congratulations”.
Btw, Thank you ^.^
