I would really advise doing it at work. There’s quite a few people that can stumble upon the scene. A janitor or co-worker that would be haunted by that image for the rest of their lives. Try to get through this day. Try to ignore that thought. In my opinion, offing yourself shouldn’t be spontaneous. You need to be absolutely sure before you go through with this.
I really hate everyone at work. I have social anxiety and ppl just stress the shit out of me. Right now on my break, hiding in the stairs area. Sometimes cant even get out of home. I have stupid bipolar disorder, i hate it and i hate the medications that make me gain weight. Im always stressed or irritated, and scared of ppl.
Yes, you may hate the people at work, and they may be possibly assholes, but that doesn’t mean that they deserve to be scarred for life. Have you tried an exercise regime to combat that weight gain? Also, have you talked about these anxiety issues with a therapist, or maybe even just someone that you trust, such as your boyfriend? We can’t let fear stop us from functioning. There’s no need to fear other people or the outside world. Remember, there are millions of people that go about their daily activities without anything shocking happening to them.
omg, im just venting! so yes mom i workout since im 18 years old 4times a week, and i follow therapy and take medication and deal with my life decently. But nowhere to vent cause, when you have a diagnosis every word you say is analyzed. Whatever, ill tslk to my cat instead of this stupud site
I think maybe SadPotato was just trying to ask questions to see what your current coping methods are. I’m assuming he just doesn’t want you to off yourself. He wasn’t trying to lecture you, I see that’s maybe how you read it?
People here care, and are struggling too. You can vent all you want, but some may try to help anyway they can. If that bothers you, I’m sorry.
