I meant to ask, what made you depressed to begin with? Were you sad since as long as you can remember?
Or did the sadness/emptiness/loss start at a certain point in time or as a result of a certain event?
Let me tell a little of my present story. I’m 27 y.o. , living with my mom and grandmother, I have no job, and many things. I take pills for mental health but they have negative effects.
I understand that not having a job is depressing in an of its own but is that what troubles you?
In other words, if right now you get a call & someone tells you u’ve been employed… would that fix things for you or make you feel self-fulfilled / satisfied?
Or would there still be something deeply bothering you?

True… I think, at minimum,
the moments of birth
when we were babies finally in the arms of our mothers
I think that’s the most striking moment of unconditional love
in any person’s history
I think that would be nice thing to remember mate.
I wonder if in the future, technology will be created to remember and actually feel and relive these moments?
I’m not too bad mate, didn’t get much sleep last night, my brain was firing on turbocharged mode 🙂
Hope you are good too……
tbh, I’m trying to think of a shorter nickname for you, is that ok?
Would Farah be appropriate?
If not that is more than cool mate.
Sometimes, well a lot of times, i can feel tired but still not be able to sleep.
I’ve always had a problem trying to get sleeping pills off the doctors here, so i have to go and hit the ‘black market’ for shit, just to switch my brain off.
Wish i was like the terminator and could just pull the cpu out the back of my head 🙂
& I don’t mean just a couple of push-ups
I mean like really exhausting yourself physically to the point that your legs can barely carry you [keeping in mind any health conditions / limitations of course]
I think that’s the best, natural, sleep recipe in the world
Got one for ya. I am a smoker, i do push ups and stuff but thats about it.
Yesterday while going to get some milk, this guy was trying to start his car, he looked at me and i motioned ‘pushing’, he replied back with a nod.
So i get on the front (he wanted to ‘bump it’ in reverse) and it failed to start the first time.
So i go to the rear to ‘bump it’ and im already feeling my heart pumping.
We get it to start the second time and i tried to casually walk off. Felt like i was going tomhave a heart attack.
So yeah, exercise is a good idea, could probably do with stopping smoking while i’m at it.
Your enthusiasm is infectious, i’ll give you that.
I’m the kind of guy that can only push himself you know?
I can picture you ‘come on midian’ and i’m lying down in a complete wreck screaming “i can’t take it anymore” lol
if it’s not much trouble to u
I need you to get a pen/pencil & a paper
&
[1]
try
as hard as you can
to remember the first problem you could possibly think of
[2]
I then need you to name that problem
[just like you did above, for example: bullying]
[3]
I need you to write down the name of that problem on the paper
[4]
& I need you to write down
– in front of or under the problem’s name –
the date / timing / period of your life
when this problem started
according to your memory
[like for example: highschool, or 2007…]
[5]
That’s one problem listed,
now,
if you could
Repeat steps [1] to [4] for the next problem…
go with your memory as far back as you can
& try to remember,
what was the next problem that followed the one you’ve just written down?
I want to you to mention everything & anything you remember
big & small
temporary & permanent
ones that lasted for a short time
& ones that could be still here with you to this day
the key in this “game” [if I may call it so]
If you Remember it
Write it
that’s sad
that he doesn’t care
& i’d go as far as saying that it’s a big part of his job to care
[maybe he does care but fails to show it… hmmm]
regardless…
your question / request has nothing to do with whether or not he cares
it’s your decision
but we can do it on 2 steps
first
ask him to inform you of what he expects will happen if you gradually stop the medication
just so that we can know what to expect in a worst case scenario
u can come back with his answer & we could discuss it here
then, if we happen to get to the point where you dicide that this is what you want to do
step 2 would be that
u’d tell him you’ve taken the decision to gradually cut it off
& request the gradual reduction plan
I don’t think he has the right to refuse or with-hold his medical knowledge from you
can u tell me how they helped you?
which medications made u better & in what way did u become better [for example: u were always angry & medicine “abc” made u calm… ]

I care about you
& I’m here if you wanna talk about what’s troubling you…
Is it not achieving goals or not having friends ?
Both I guess
Is there something else?
Could you maybe tell me how it started?
Make me understand a little. How started what exactly?
Sorry

Okay
What do you feel is missing in your life?
I understand that not having a job is depressing in an of its own but is that what troubles you?

I always had problems but they got worse from adolescence on
Can we talk about them [the problems] ?
Maybe I don’t really know what to do or if there is a solution
Perhaps if we understand the problems we could find a solution…
I mean we can at least try…
Unrequited love, has been a major theme in my life.
I suppose everyone has had that at some point in their life?
True… I think, at minimum,
the moments of birth
when we were babies finally in the arms of our mothers

🙂
That would definitely be nice
I hope you’r okay 🙂

Hey,
yeah definitely, Farah is a-okay
& I’m good too… thank you 🙂
Maybe you could try sleeping early tonight?
I think sleep is very helpful… [& it feels good too 😀 ]

haha
I always thought about that too… very practical 😀
do u think maybe u could try exercising?

your last sentence is the best 😀
I’m sure smoking plays apart with ur sleep patterns too
I don’t wanna be pushy
but by all means
yes
Daily Exercise
go ahead
& it doesn’t have to be something major
just start with a very simple & easy routine
& as you gradually feel stronger & more capable of endurance
you can slowly pick up pace
I could help you with it if you wish
I’m cheering for you
Go Go Go
Your enthusiasm is infectious, i’ll give you that.
I’m the kind of guy that can only push himself you know?
I can picture you ‘come on midian’ and i’m lying down in a complete wreck screaming “i can’t take it anymore” lol
hahahaha 😀 😀 😀
That really made me laugh out 😀
If it helps, sure, I can be the phantom/invisible cheer girl
You just start & I’ll be ‘come on midian’ everyday
can we talk about the problems?
Yes, I’ll try
I don’t really know what else to say
that’s okay
can we maybe start at highschool… was it then that problems started to happen?
I’ve been having a lot of nasty feelings for a long time
Some of them maybe made me in a way and also understand some things
it’s alright
we have time
& I’m all ears
In highschool: anxiety, fear, bullying and others
okay, do these still trouble you today?
& if not, do you think these things left, like, a *scar* maybe… ?
They left a scar, but there also have been other problems
Okay, can we talk about them? You can list them as you did above &, if you want, we can start discussing them one at a time
I feel like it’s so complicated I don’t know where to start because they are so many and interconnected
I’ve had problems in highschool
I feel like no one can help me or listen to me because I have no one in real life who can
I’ve tried with some people but they can’t or didn’t help me
I understand that
& it’s okay
I’m only asking that you try me…
can you give me a chance?
Yes, how and where to start
I feel like I can’t get help, I can’t get out
it’s okay
I know that feeling
if I may suggest…
we can start by story telling
if it’s not much trouble to u
I need you to get a pen/pencil & a paper
&
[1]
try
as hard as you can
to remember the first problem you could possibly think of
[2]
I then need you to name that problem
[just like you did above, for example: bullying]
[3]
I need you to write down the name of that problem on the paper

Repeat steps [1] to [4] for the next problem…
go with your memory as far back as you can
& try to remember,
what was the next problem that followed the one you’ve just written down?
can you do it?
I have some older memories but I’m not sure which qualify as real problems and which don’t
may I also suggest
that you add any details or just a brief description of each problem
it doesn’t need to be an essay [unless you want / need it to be]
it could just be one line or one sentence or just a couple of words
for example:
bullying 2007 boys at school were physically/verbally agressive towards me
would that be okay with u?
I want to you to mention everything & anything you remember
big & small
temporary & permanent
ones that lasted for a short time
& ones that could be still here with you to this day
the key in this “game” [if I may call it so]
If you Remember it
Write it
okay?
Can I start with problems closer to now?
Definitely
I was just gonna say that
We can go in reverse
I think that would be easier
I will answer some other time. Stay well
No problem at all
take your time
but please try ur best to come back
I’ll be right here
I want to get rid of these pills I’m taking. What do you think?
I think that would be a very brave & positive thing to do
& I think we should definitely be targeting it
but at the same time
I’d worry about any side-effects or complications
that could come with the sudden cutting of your medication
do you think you could inform the medical professional who follows your medical treatment
of your decision
& ask him to lay out for you a gradual reduction [stepping down] plan of dosage
so that within
say, a month or 2 or 3 months [as long as it would correctly take]
you’d be completely off medication
?
could you do that?
What’s happening is that my doctor doesn’t care about this . I am close to try some injection as an alternative he gives to these pills
that’s sad
that he doesn’t care
& i’d go as far as saying that it’s a big part of his job to care
[maybe he does care but fails to show it… hmmm]
regardless…
your question / request has nothing to do with whether or not he cares
it’s your decision

step 2 would be that
u’d tell him you’ve taken the decision to gradually cut it off
& request the gradual reduction plan
I don’t think he has the right to refuse or with-hold his medical knowledge from you
You see I have a long story regarding these pills and doctors
I’d love to read that story
if you wish to share it
I just need to be sleeping in a while
when I wake up
& I’ll get back here as soon as I can
I don’t know for sure for how many years I’ve taken some pills. I don’t remember exactly my age when I began taking them
i c…
it must have been a long journey…
7 years. Is that much ?
r u kidding me !
definitely !!!
7 years of medication is a long long time
God, all these med.s in ur system for all that time 🙁
let me ask u though
& I know this is a dfficult request
but try to be objective [ answer based on truth not on how u feel]
did the medication help u in any way?
Yeah
can u tell me how they helped you?
which medications made u better & in what way did u become better [for example: u were always angry & medicine “abc” made u calm… ]
?
I’ve been through a lot. They had bad effects too, I took anxiar, depakine and seroquel. It makes you calmer, helps with sleeping
i feel for u 🙁
can u tell me what are the bad effects?
I go to different mind states, pain, limits, soul states, tiredness, thirsty all the time, constipation, acne, and many others
I’m sorry to hear that…
Yes I definitely see why you would want to stop the medication…
I say we start forth with our plan
can you start with step [1]?
& by the way, I’m still waiting for that list we talked about…
I’m not rushing you
just reminding you
I hope you can start writing it down bit by bit…
I’ll see if I can
i’ll pray for you 🙂
