I’m not Christian
but I love & I do use a similar prayer to this one:
“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
I know how you’re feeling
but I’d say
there’s power in “accepting” the fact that you can’t change these things
& if you can believe
that someone up above in the heavens
is so mighty & great & all-knowing
& definitely has the power to change these things
then you will feel even more powerful
because you are not just accepting
you are also transferring the weight of these things
to someone whom you trust & believe can carry them so easily

hey Robstein,

🙂
I’m praying for you
Thanks. Much love.
