Life results in suffering, but life is not itself suffering. There must also be tea and cake. The problem with tea and cake is that once you consume it, it’s gone forever until you can get some more tea and cake, which will also be gone forever once you’re done with it, and so on, and so forth, and it’s just so tedious having to replace all that tea and cake all the time.
if you know of Buddha’s truths, then you must also know of his 8 fold path. His 5 precepts. he may have given you a truth, but he has also given you the ingredients on how to break that truth. you just need to discover it for yourself.

Actually that’s a commonly misquoted phrase. The actual noble truth is “all things are suffering”. Big difference.
You sound young robigson, how old are you?
I have a young mind, body and soul. I’m 27 even if I behave younger
I thought you were 19 or 20, or something
Yeah no problem I sound, appear and maybe am young at heart
i couldn’t agree more.
