I know for sure, for a fact that I will be a spirit in the afterlife where I will suffer like here on Earth so I will not escape this prison existence but I will return back on Earth or who knows exactly

It’s hard to say. I don’t believe we will have to continue re-doing our human experience after death.

What sort of evidence do you have to support this “factual claim”?
You will not suffer in the afterlife! No one suffers in the afterlife!
Is there an after-afterlife? Like, if you were to painlessly die in Heaven, would you go to the Heaven of God’s God?
I dunno.
What if you’re banished to Heaven in the afterlife and forced to spend eternity surrounded by Christians? That sounds like an awful lot of suffering to me.
