I guess it means someone commented on your post or replied to your comment. I kinda remember last year when I clicked that button, I can view the list of comments I made
I figured out it’s purpose, it shows that the comment (and maybe the post) I have just made is yet to be approved. As soon as it’s approved, the notification vanishes. And it can be accessed from the dashboard.

I think that somehow, some members are able to go there and delete posts from their comments. I get the same message though about cheatin’.
Yeah, it used to be where people could approve comments for their posts, but I’m pretty sure they locked it because you could see IPs.
