Maybe caring for a plant would make you feel better about yourself, rather than cutting your skin and being like, “woe is me, I’m hurting myself but no one knows, I get to be all intense and in pain while being secretive, and I really wish I could show people but I can’t.” How is that helping you? It’s not. Talk to a therapist if there’s no one else around you to listen.
