My mom gets angry at me just for crying sometimes, and for having feelings that I just simply cannot control. I JUST DONT GET IT. It just doesn’t make sense.
One of my foster parents was like that…It was like she couldn’t understand that I had different needs and did things differently than they did, so I naturally got upset when she blamed me for being different…some people are just ignorant and stuck in their ways, and some are unable to comprehend how others feel and therefore become angry because they don’t understand
Same here. I guess they just don’t want us to feel bad or sad. But they need to acknowledge that we are humans, we have feelings and we cope with things differently from each other.
