I’m so done. Yesterday I was so frustrated and angry and just hated myself and being alive so I tried to cut to like let it out but i literally didn’t feel anything.
Try an ice bath, it forces you to take real deep breaths and shocks your nervous system. Makes me feel alive. If you don’t have a bath turn the water all the way cold in the shower and stick it out for at least 30 seconds.
