I’ve had it for years but it’s under control for the most part.
I don’t have It under control.It runs my life.I’d like to talk more about If that’s okay with you
That’s fine. I have a precancerous condition in my esophagus and have been on a lot of medication for it. But I know the suffering it causes.
I mean, I have had that, but I’m pretty sure that was because I ate a lot just before bedtime. If I stop eating three hours before bedtime, it seems to help a lot.
