I know other people cut im a cutter when I’m going through a lot. But a thought popped into my head what would happen if I just stabbed myself once? I have a lot of fat so it really wouldn’t do anything other than hurt is what I’m thinking. Any thoughts on this?

It depends on where and the amount of blood supply to that region. You could bleed out or suffer from an infection and die. If you want to feel the pain I would lift weights. Sounds cliche but you can physically feel the muscles ripping when you do enough reps that its an immense amount of pain (or relief?).
Yeah I lift weights too and it may be called a “healthy” way of self harm. It distracts and also when you lift weights your muscles burn and and the pain actually feels really good, because it distracts and also makes you feel like you are actually doing something a bit useful in life.
If you don’t have direct access to a gym there are many other forms of extreme exercises that burn and feel good. Just be sure to do it the proper way, so as to not harm your body in a way that will last and actually handicap you.
My guess is your quality of life could go way down. No knows for sure though.
i wouldnt do it. I think that stabbing is a form of self harm that can result in death pretty quickly and in a painful way. Also i think that it is much harder to hide a stab than a cut and ftaht could lead to bad situations and inquirery.
