it’s really dumb and I already know the answer, but could you guys please exolain to me that a stupid sample size of a salad at work isn’t going to make me fat, even if I did eat breakfast? There’s even new stock I have to sample that I haven’t touched for this stupid damn reason.

Most definitely won’t make you fat… even a full sized salad wouldn’t make you fat. You may have had breakfast, but most people eat multiple times a day.

The salads I’m talking about aren’t really salads; we sell potato salads, egg salads, coke slaw, pasta salads, ambrosia, etc. pretty much just stuff with either mayo, sugar, or both in abundance
I reasoned with myself to buy a sandwich though, because whether or not I think I’m a blimp or will turn into one, this isn’t healthy for my body. It was hard as hell to do, but I need to learn I’m not doing myself any favors.
