This is actually the end of a letter I wrote a year ago trying to express my situation and my feelings in general, I have autism so social communication is pretty difficult for me, especially when it comes to more intimidate and personal feelings or topics, as such I often got turned away from support I was given because I wasn’t engaging or communicating enough and they felt like they couldn’t help me.
I am seeing someone on a weekly basis now who is helping and supporting me with difficulties caused by my autism though, and hopefully I will follow that up with support in other areas I need help with.
It’s pretty difficult to be in a situation where you can’t even express yourself verbally, when you need to get help with your mental health issues.
Which is why I ended up writing that letter but nobody had actually read it because I was too afraid to hand it over, I just found it again today and those last words hit me pretty hard.

If you want help just check yourself in the psych ward or something. You get all of the help you want
I’ve seen your posts… There’s a few suggestions i have that can help.
