I guess it depends on your question of “really cares”. I have 1 or 2 people who say they care but not enough to do anything to help. If I killed myself today they wouldn’t know unless they read it in the news. So I guess that’s a no. As for me caring about someone, the same holds true. I care about a few people but not enough to know if they’re hanging themselves at this moment. Another no.
Most of my family cares about me, but we’re not very close and I hardly ever see them and we don’t talk much.
The only person I know that cares about me a lot is my 2 year old daughter. But I only get to see her once a week. Hopefully she will be ok without me in her life at all, once I pull the trigger and end my life. She deserves a lot better than me.

My family for both questions. They really care about me, and it brokes my heart that I am suicidal because it Will kill them when the “worst” happens.
Human nature is selfish and egotistic. Is it impossible to truly care for someone?
