I dislike it. No comment counter makes the site less usable.
I also think that it just looks worse overall, the look isn’t bad I could live with it.
also the comment section feels far more blocky and less fluid now, which is a downgrade.
Overall I think the site both is less pleasing to look at, and less usable.
I do like the category filters at least, if they existed before I was unaware of them…. (if they did exist before they have clearly become much easier to locate now, which is a good thing)
I’m okay with the poster’s profile being under the post, I don’t feel it is that needed…. I am very confused about the location though, at first I thought it was a comment, above the post would make much more sense. (or it could just go away)
I don’t like the “You may also like” section nor do I like the next post or previous post, just tearing them into their own sections makes it feel like I have to scroll way too far to get to the comments, as well as they feel disjointed now.
And the like button (I would consider it a like button it serves the same purpose) I do not care for too much, but again I don’t outright dislike it.
also calling it “You may also like” seems a bit odd for this type of site…. I did really like before when it was just “Related Posts.”
It just works better.
This is my least favorite upgrade, ever. Involves a lot more scrolling due to the site layout, the background now looks too dark, not only for posts but the comments.
Idk what all this new stuff in the dashboard is.
Even just clicking on an author its not as clean. Im feeling claustrophobic.
I guess its nice they brought back a semi comment section, but gah.
While the old design was outdated, it was still fairly well organized and clear. This is a mess and it’s just black on black with white text. Perhaps you should give people the option to switch back to the old version, the way Youtube did when they created a new layout.
Some of it does look nicer but overall I don’t like it. The previous version was much better.
It seems they gave it an update, it looks better today than it was yesterday.
On the main SP page, they should show better separation between people’s posts, right now they look like they’re all blended together. Perhaps if they had their own box then it’d be easier to tell.
Well at least they are making improvements, which is good to see.
It’s awfully dark in here now. I’ve hit my face against the screen several times today, can’t seem to master the depth perception for this mostly black environment. (BONK) See?
I don’t really mind the new look. In fact, I’m glad they got rid of the decorative design in the background. It used to give me a horrid feeling sometimes. Like being lost in an empty medieval mansion. This new interface looks clean.
Remember when they had the thumbs up and the thumbs down and we all thought that was a horrible idea because a thumbs down doesn’t belong here. Well it’s like that without the thumbs down. It just means you like it.

Not really but I can live with it. However I really wish they’d bring the comments counter back.

And why is everything in caps? My name is not cap locked. It’s like I’m screaming when I comment

It sucks! Don’t these people understand ANYTHING about people with mental health issues?
I might just be done here.
It’s not that bad I don’t like change either, you will get use to it, I got upset too, but I’m over it. 🙂
Hey this said it was My Post so I clicked it, and it’s definitely not My Post. It’s My Post. I’m so confused.
It’s awfully dark in here now. I’ve hit my face against the screen several times today, can’t seem to master the depth perception for this mostly black environment. (BONK) See?
I can’t see in here either! It’s like a reminder that I’m going blind.

I don’t like it at all. It’s difficult for me to see. And what’s with the hearts?

And my last comment is awaiting approval.
