Funny to see I’m not the only one who does this. Your head feeling like its going to burst is due to the position of your cord. I won’t go into specifics but if you do it the “right” way you’ll just feel light headed. It’s good practice for the real deal too.
Can’t say I feel calm or ready to kick ass afterwards, though. I just feel more depressed and pointless than ever. For me it’s just practice and reminding myself that death is waiting for anyone who’s ready.

thanks for sharing your experience. i guess fully calm and ready to kick ass wasn’t the best way to phrase it, but i did feel better afterwards.
My reflexes ultimately loosen it so i was able untangled myself. Felt like i was riding a train
