How do I get rid of these tiny things without spending much money? I’m not contacting the landlord about this. I figure they are getting in through some miniscule cracks that I can’t really even see at all. I’m thinking of just spraying them with some natural insect killer so I don’t end up poisoning myself, as this is in my bedroom and the stupid things only come out at night. Any help is appreciated.

Insect killer won’t work unless you’re committed to outright genocide (finding their home and killing every last one + their babies + their eggs). The easiest and smartest strategy is to use an insect repellant, so they’ll go elsewhere. Vinegar usually works, and vinegar is a good safe cleaning agent anyway. If that doesn’t send them the message, you can try vinegar with some hot chili powder mixed in.
Nature is cool. Just give them a little hint that you want to be left in peace and they’ll listen. I wish humans could take a hint, but no. There’s no way of dealing with a human infestation.
I feel a little evil now, they just come onto the ceiling and the upper walls and not really do anything except do a pointless tour of my room at night. When it’s day again they go back through the miniscule holes or cracks in the wall/ceiling, and then when night comes they do another pointless tour of my room. Rinse and repeat.
Anyhow, thanks for replying. I’ll keep this in mind.
Not to add to your evilness, but that actually sounds kinda cute like they’re just popping in to say hi and leave 🙂 Just kidding, if the bugs are adding to your unrest then you should probably evict them. But definitely think about trying vinegar, just a light dab on the cracks. One way or another I agree on going the natural route. Breathing chemicals probably isn’t good for those of us whose minds are already on edge.
What exactly am i supposed to be looking at?
