The weed had been ” vacuum packed”. I took an instant dislike to the term. I said to the supplier what the hell was his supplier thinking vacuum packing the weed. The supplier said he had rebuked his supplier for vacuum packing the weed and had now put the fact that the weed had been vacuum packed behind him and suggested I should too. Being extremely fussy about weed I speculated aloud that the high from the weed might have been impinged upon because it had been vacuum packed, he said no, the weed was just compressed but the high would be fine. I wasnt so sure, as soon as I got home I rolled up and took ten greedy inhalations, the high arrived right on cue thank fuck, it turns out ” vacuum packing” weed has no negative effects on potency, high or quality.

It continues to baffle me why weed is not legal. In places where weed is legal the people gladly pay for the tax on it. The Government gets money and the people get to mellow out–a win win situation.
@LoveDogs Kamala Harris is apparently pro legalisation so it could be available legally in more US states soon! I wouldnt hold my breath but we shall see what happens.
Halfway through your post I was wondering how vacuum packing could affect potency…good to know it doesnt. Is vacuum packing frowned upon in the industry? I live in Oregon, where there is no state income tax, and if this state can figure out that taxing the CRAP out of weed is a win – win situation, the feds will figure it out too someday, legalize it, then start misappropriating all the revenue. I’ll gladly pay the tax to buy legally instead of going to my dealers house, but only when the blinds are open halfway, and the red porch light is on, and the blue car isn’t in the driveway after 8 pm. Don’t miss the days of “searching and hoping” just to cop a buzz.

i would have thought vacuum sealing it would be good because there would be no air to dry it out. id add a moisture pack thingy then remove all the air, it should stay fresh longer.
It was actually nice, youd like it lol. I generally prefer when the bud is puffier coz im not buying legally but in this case i was pleasantly surprised.
I prefer whatever gets me high lol
