sadly most of my things are garden related. I pull weeds when I’m angry, and I break down sticks for the compost, sometimes even full tree limbs, no matter how much of it I do there always seems to be more, which is good for my frustration at least
I find when I’m upset I write something or game.
I’ve been on edge because I haven’t gamed at all, all week.
I finally just chilled out and played a quick game, my head is still a bit of a mess though.
Anything “normal” it takes. Box es not sure sometimes I watch something super super sad or sometimes I need to watch a horror movie and get drunk until I go to sleep and just do a massive reset emotionally and physically. I don’t know if you partake but sometimes it’s edibles or run until you’re so exhausted you just have to go to sleep… You can sing a song really loud as you’re running… Sometimes I’m really angry music and just cry and scream along until I get the emotions out of my system. Sometimes I just like have to keep adding gas until it’s all burned out.
