Give me Liberty or Give me Liquid Death

Imagine a world where everyone who truly wanted to suicide could. That’s never going to happen in reality bc there’s too much money to be made in keeping other humans sick and depressed and indentured servants to our corporate overlords.

But suppose it was allowed. Old ppl who are terminal and dying wouldn’t have to suffer the last few years of life. And it’s going to be ALL of us, minus a few who are able to end our lives beforehand. It’s so insane to me that the severely ill still can’t die quicker and be allowed to end their pain.

Then there’s the miserable sacks of potatoes like us. SOME of us here would choose death. SOME here say they want to die but many of those ppl won’t actually do it despite saying they want it (which is fine, to each their own).

And then there’s the comfort- if I actually had a bottle of liquid Death, I would hold onto it- I would take it eventually when I am ready (whether it’s a few years from now or whatever) but I would definitely want to take it at some point. Just HAVING that bottle and KNOWING I could take it anytime, would give me comfort. I’ve read so many stories of people who’ve gotten N from the help of that organization that helps ppl get N to end their life, who say that they don’t plan to take it right away, but feel so much comfort in knowing that they CAN take it whenever they are ready.

I want that comfort. I want that bottle goddamnit.
