Sadness sweeps in like a cold winter wind snd gets into my bones. The only thing I feel sad about at this point is leaving my dog behind, shes bern the best friend. But it hits often because I dont want to be here anymore. Sometimes sleep is the only escape until I choose otherwise.

sadness isn’t necessarily a lack of sanity though, sometimes sadness is the “normal” reaction
